Mini-CAT Rewinders Provide the Ideal Solution for Rewinding Small Rolls of Labels

A question we frequently hear from new customers who are in need of a Label Rewinder is, “what Label Rewinder will work best for me?” The answer to this question depends on the size of the material being rewound as well as the printer model being used, and often our Mini-Cat Label Rewinders afford the ideal solution. Our Mini-Cat Label Rewinders are extremely smooth, and intuitively freeze and hold when the printer stops printing, and then automatically resume rewinding when the printer begins printing again. Additionally, the rewind speed is fully adjustable through use of a speed dial located on top of the units.

Our line of Mini-CAT Label Rewinders starts with the MC-10A Label Rewinder, which features a fin-style core holder to accommodate core diameters of 3” (76mm). An optional Outer Guide Flange can be added to this Rewinder to maintain an even roll edge. If variable core diameter versatility is required, the MC-11 Label Rewinder can be selected instead, which is equipped with an adjustable core-holder capable of handling core-diameters from 1” to 4” (25-101mm). An optional Adjustable Paper Guide can be added to this unit to maintain a flush outer roll edge. Both of these Rewinders will handle a maximum roll diameter of 8.5” (216mm) and a maximum material width of 4.5” (114mm).
