Using a BOTTLEMATE is refreshingly easy: simply place your bottle or cylindrical container onto the unit and press the pedal to apply the label. Labels are applied at speeds exceeding 4.5 inches (114 mm) per second, and most containers are labeled in less than two seconds. Once an operator establishes a steady rhythm, production speeds can reach up to 1,200 pieces per hour—making the BOTTLEMATE an imperative replacement for repetitive hand labeling.

The BOTTLEMATE product line is centered around two primary models: the BOTTLEMATE-910 and BOTTLEMATE-1510. Both are designed to label cylindrical items ranging from approximately 0.5 inches (12–13 mm) in diameter to 6 inches (152–153 mm) in diameter, and both accommodate label rolls up to 10 inches (254 mm) in diameter. Both models accommodate opaque and transparent labels, thereby providing flexibility for a wide range of label types and designs.

The primary difference between the BOTTLEMATE-910 and BOTTLEMATE-1510 is label width capacity. The BOTTLEMATE-910 accommodates labels up to 9 inches (228 mm) wide, while the BOTTLEMATE-1510 increases that capacity to 15 inches (381 mm). This makes selecting between the two models straightforward.

What if your bottle requires both a front and back label? The BOTTLEMATE has got you covered. Both models are also offered in a dual label applicator configuration. The BOTTLEMATE-910-2 and BOTTLEMATE-1510-2 afford a switch-selectable option for applying either one or two labels to a container. When operating in two-label mode, alternating front and back labels can be applied from the same roll, providing an efficient solution for products that require separate labels on opposite sides of the container.

The BOTTLEMATE can also be customized with several optional accessories to further streamline your labeling process: add the BMR-1 Waste Liner Rewinder to automatically collect waste liner; the AUTO-MATE Automatic Start Sensor to automatically initiate the labeling cycle when a container is placed into position without having to press the pedal; and/or the BMC-1 Label Counter to track the number of labels applied.
