Shipping policy

Shipping & Handling costs for the method selected by the customer are prepaid and added to all shipments within the United States. All shipments are made EX WORKS Henderson, Nevada unless otherwise specified in writing by LABELMATE USA. Shipping costs are calculated based upon the size and weight of the shipment and the delivery address provided by the customer. The customer may request that a shipment be made collect by contacting us via telephone and providing approved shipper information and a valid collect shipping account number.

Shipping costs cannot be added to international shipments. Please contact us for shipping options for shipments outside of the United States.

Double check your shipping and billing information for accuracy. Errors in customer-supplied information will result in additional charges.
